Terms of Service

Viralflicks lets you upload or generate video content, connect social accounts you own (YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok), view analytics for those accounts, and send content to platforms you have authorized—subject to each platform's own rules and to the limits described below for TikTok.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to lawfully use the social platforms you connect through Viralflicks and comply with their respective terms of service.

When you connect YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok, you authorize Viralflicks to access data from that platform (such as your profile, video list, and performance metrics) and, where you explicitly initiate it, to send content on your behalf as described in these Terms. You can disconnect a platform at any time. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.

Connecting TikTok (including "Continue with TikTok" or "Connect TikTok") authorizes Viralflicks to:

• Read your basic profile (display name, avatar)
• Read public stats for your own account (followers, following, likes, video count)
• List your own public TikTok videos and related metrics
• When you explicitly choose Publish, upload that video to your TikTok inbox as a draft (Upload to TikTok). You finish caption and posting in the TikTok app.

Viralflicks does not post live to your TikTok profile and does not use TikTok Direct Post. Final publication from a draft remains your action in TikTok and is governed by TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

You retain ownership of all video content and captions you upload to Viralflicks. By uploading content, you grant Viralflicks a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service you request (for example, uploading a draft to your TikTok inbox, or publishing to YouTube/Instagram when you initiate it). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or send.

You agree not to use Viralflicks to:

• Upload or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or violates a connected platform's community guidelines
• Attempt to circumvent, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use the service to access accounts or data that are not your own

Analytics and recommendations shown in Viralflicks are derived solely from data reported by connected platforms' official APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party platform data.

You may stop using Viralflicks and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Viralflicks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viralflicks and Veroke Innovations are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any change, suspension, or discontinuation of a connected platform's API.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Viralflicks after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
